• A sacred stone to bury in honor of the self.

• And memories and stories to share of those who have passed as we honor the ancestors.

The goats are doing great, the hens are happy, the wolf Scionaka is healthy and her friend Nakoda our guardian dog is blessed. All the cats are GREAT! The harvest bountiful!I am so grateful to my beloved Chaz and my amazing daughter, and friends that mean so very much to me!! A special shout out to my sister ... reconnected after soooooo many years. May her path be blessed! Truly grateful for all the many blessings!

We have so many blessing to be grateful! May we radiate kindness! I love to feel the kindness beginning in me, growing and swelling, filling all the space around me, inspiring me with ways to share kind acts! It is a wonder filled meditation!!!

May the East lift you up with clear perspective!

May the south invigorate you with kindness!

May the west wash you in Gratitude!

May the North anchor you and hold you safe and grounded!

Remember kindness begins with being kind to yourself. Kindness to animals and nature is so yummy. Picking up trash is being kind to nature! So many ways to tap In!!!
