"I was playing at the ocean not too far from where we had our magic weekend!
I got to talk with the redwoods, lots of fun little fairy's playing in the woods. Beautiful ocean inlets.
I had a really cool experience walking in a filed towards a very cool rock formation which was in the north, the ocean was to my west, the sun was in the south behind me and to my left in the field flying at level with me about 50 feet away was the biggest hawk I've ever seen! Its stopped me dead in my tracks, exhilarating and wow.

Compa (George)
George is our herb specialist.
He runs the herb closet at the Academy and is available for consultations, ear candling and guided meditations.
He is also a talented artist, some of his work is displayed at the Academy Sanctuary in Tahoe City.
Compa played in Wyrd for many years helping raise funds for burn victims and the arts.
He has also assisted in Hands Around Lake Tahoe.

Denise is a spinner of tales and bringer of fabrics. She has begun her apprenticeship with Debi.
Her wisdom and playfulness are a blessings
to our Circle.
Lady Cassandra creates magical candles from recycled ritual candles.
She also creates personal scying mirrors, pendulums, dream catchers,
sacred sacks, runes and many other magical specail order items
for yummy magic.
Her items are dispayed at the
Academy's Sanctuary in Tahoe City.

..In addition to all the wonderful things Debi has mentioned, I'd like to say, in all the 13 years I've known Deb and her family I have never been so blessed.
I have learned that there are no such things as coincedences. That everything, every breath, animal, person, color, and experience happens to help teach us how to be better people and if for nothing else, that we are aware, aware of what and who is around us. And that we have the power within us to accept all the good things we are offered, no matter how small or short those experiences are.

The Wonder of Puddles in Rain
-Every drop sends out perfect circles, usually a bunch of them evenly spaced. They seem to disapear into mud as if it were another dimension
-Bubbles are all the same, different sizes, but all shaped like the top third of an orange.
-Chickadees couldn't give a damn as long as they arn't in it and there's seeds nearby.
-My feet are warm and have no purpose in the matter personally, either do the sleeping dogs indoors.
-Everything shines if you let it.

Yep...we made it and are enjoying settling in to our very own abode.

Yay! We're home!
It is sooo amazing moving into our OWN home! Then the baby is due in the beginning of January! And we may just have a High Priestess and her Knight in Shining Armor here for the blessed occasion! The belly is big, the baby is healthy, all is flowing positively. We met with the midwife and she seems absolutely amazing. Laurel is loving all her new friends, the yard, the creek, her very own room, the whole adventure...so, yep, all is well and well-blessed!
We've found that the house is built perfectly to the 4 directions - and that view is due west with some spectacular sunsets over the Rockies!
